The same chili oil our cooks reach for on the line. Crisp chili flakes, garlic and aromatics suspended in oil, with enough texture to spoon over anything.

What's in it
Soybean oil, dried red chili, garlic, shallot, ginger, sesame seed, salt, sugar, Sichuan peppercorn. Vegetarian. Contains sesame. Made in a kitchen that also handles peanuts, shellfish, soy and wheat.
How to use it
Spoon it over noodles, dumplings, fried eggs, rice, roast vegetables or a bowl of plain congee. Stir the jar before each use - the good part settles.
Shipping
Jars ship within the continental US. Orders leave our Houston kitchen within two business days. You can also pick one up at the counter at any of our four locations.
Keeping it
Store sealed at room temperature away from direct light. Refrigerate after opening and use within three months. Always use a dry spoon.
